I don't recommend this place to anyone. I had rental car reserved 1 week ahead when I got there they didn't even have car that they promised they offered me 2 cars that were dirty, stinky and no gas. The car I took had low tire pressure and I had to add air daily it was filthy we had to exchange it couple days later due to smell getting worse inside. When I returned car with half a tank even they gave me car without gas they charged my account and its been 20 days they said they will return money on my account and its still didn't happened.
BEWARE - FUEL SCAMMERS! They will give you a vehicle on empty and tell you not to worry about returning on empty. It sounds okay at first but that's the point as they you will get the hook you later. Unless you plan to ride around on empty during your rental then you will return it with fuel. FREE fuel to them as they will refuse to pay you for any returned fuel. I wasn't the only case as a few people at the time of my rental and return rental process were told the same thing. They are intentionally not filling up vehicles so that you will pay for their gas. I am reporting them to Hertz and to the Better Business Bureau.
Excellent experience. After two consecutive miserable visits to Enterprise (whom I'd used corporately for 8 years), I'd had enough. The folks here at this Hertz location worked to be efficient, friendly, provide a good vehicle, and follow up to make sure all was suitable. They have earned my repeat business.
