This was the best experience we've had renting a car and we will be sure to return here the next time we rent one. The staff is especially great to do business with and the car was excellent for our needs. We drove over 2900 miles in 16 days with no problems at all.
Very nice and helpful couple. We have rented a lot of cars over the years. They are the best we have used. We had a broken windshield from the road and they were forgiving and helpful to solve the problem. We will use them again.
I came to this office originally because Avis let me totally down and I had to get my money back from Avis and find another rental car office since they were unable to meet my needs and I didn't find out until the last minute. This staff took great care of me and really helped me out with short notice by giving me a perfect rental car that made the trip great. I have done business with them several times since then and it has always been a pleasure. They have convinced me that they are sincerely interested in maximizing my rental experience!!! I highly recommend this wonderful, family owned business!
We had an issue with our rental of our own making. We had to bring the car back late. The owner and his wife were so helpful nice and considerate of our situation. We'll definitely rent from them going forward.
