I was looking for my first car buy as a brand new college graduate. I had done the research and new exactly what I wanted. Garrett Fowler worked to get me a fantastic deal. My parents and I were very aware of how some salesmen can be, however Garrett was super nice, professional, and easy to work with. It was a hassle-free process, and my parents were even impressed! Then, we worked with Lincoln in the financial portion of it, and he was super to work with as well. He explained everything for me so that I knew exactly what I was signing and how the car buying process goes (being that it was all new to me). Anyone I was greeted by during our visit with Ted Russell Nissan was super friendly, not at all pushy, and completely easy to work with.
Negotiated what I considered a fair deal and we drove off the lot less than two hours later.
Went in lookiing for a specific car based on parameters wife and I discussed. Garret Fowler listened to our expectations & requirements, and then walked us around showing us multiple options.

My experience was truly a great and calming one. The staff is very polite and my sales person Stan the car man was very helpful and answered all my questions and always checked up on me. Going to a car dealership all stressed out meeting the kind and helpful people calmed me down. After getting my car detailed the final project was perfect and made my used car feel brand new. The location makes it quick and easy to get to and the waiting room is super clean and spotless although you don't wait long because they are quick at there job.
I'm always very wary of going to dealerships because of an experience about 10 years ago at another dealership where I was treated like "the little woman" and was never acknowledged through the entirety of time spent on the lot. I never once felt that during this purchase process.

My husband and I went to Ted Russell Nissan so we could find a second reliable car for our family. We were greeted by Stan (but not in the run-across-the-lot-to-see-who-could-get-to-you-first fashion) who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked what we were interested in and gave us suggestions on what could be the best options for our family. We were looking for a small or mid-sized SUV. He took us to the new-on-the-lot Rogue Sports and we fell in love. After him answering our millions of questions and letting us test drive, we decided on a Rogue Sport.

We were then turned over to Andy, who happened to be the same person who sold us our previous car at another dealership three years earlier. He remembered us and worked tirelessly to get us a great deal with three different lending agencies until finally getting us one that works with our budget. We then met with Sean, who walked us through warranty info and made sure we had contact information for him and the service department.
I am stoked to say I got exactly what I wanted and more. I absolutely love my Rogue Sport. I have driven it for a week now, and I am just ecstatic over my first car purchase!
Took our old vehicle to get some work done to get ready to sell. The maintenance department was attentive and extremely courteous. Left it overnight and work was finished when promised. They called me when completed and got me out of there as soon as I arrived to pay.
We drove off the lot extremely happy, satisfied customers. We will definitely be returning to Ted Russell Nissan for our next vehicle purchase and highly recommend them for their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge.
He was never pushy and I could have walked away at any time without him objecting. However, he found the perfect car for my wife and I.
