I took my car in for the airbag recall. I thought I would send some $ there way for the trouble, considering it was not there fault. I requested a oil change and they said " no problem". When I went to pick up my car, after it had been there 6 hours, they told me I was good to go. I said I owe you for a oil change and they said oh... Sorry we've been busy you did not get a oil change. I pray I got my airbag fixed!!!! My husband took his car in for the same recall and they found$1500.00 worth of repairs. We went to our local mechanic and it cost $300.00. Didn't need all the repairs they claimed. Will never buy from the scam artist of Grayson. The owner should be ashamed of his employees!!!
Really good experience. I fill I got as good of a deal that was possible. Brian Brown was salesman I dealt with and he was good to deal with. I can say honestly I don't think they BS me on anything and some stuff was hard to hear about my trade in.
Great experience with John Peterson as our sales guy. We were looking for a specific vehicle, a Crosstrek in hyper blue. We found it online and requested a price and got an amazing quote sent in, it was almost unbelievable.
I scheduled appointment with Grayson, upon arrival I was received with a friendly service representative who told me the time that the service would take. When service was completed In the time I had been told, I then what the service had detailed. I would recommend Grayson highly.
We got a call shortly after from John getting some more information for me. Explained how we were bottom up on a Ford Focus (transmission issues led us to wanting to sell!) He asked how much we owed, then assured us they would pay off the focus and give us a fresh start with the crosstrek. He worked miracles, and we are very lucky to have gotten such an honest and reputable dealer.
Excellent, straight forward service. No nonsense. I'm willing to drive an hour from home to get our car serviced here, and they have handled a major repair in the past. Recommend to anyone for Subaru / Hyundai work!
