If I could give zero stars I would! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Their service is awful. They don't even give any type of guarantee on their repairs! We have been back 3 times for the same problem,and they have charged us to fix it twice!! I refused to pay the third time!! If there was such a thing as a lemon law on lifts and the mechanics behind them, this would be it!!!
With that said, I have had problems with my van and have had to return to Superior on numerous occasions to have it worked on. Everybody at Superior Van and Mobility is courteous and professional and it makes the buying process, as well as the inevitable service requirements, a positive experience. I have referred people in the past and will refer people in the future to Superior Van and Mobility of Knoxville. In any business repeat business and referrals should be your goal and you only do that by providing quality sales and service.

Customer service is paramount if you hope to have repeat business and satisfied customers. My father was in the automobile business and for better or worse mechanics and salesmen don't have the best reputations.
