He made the entire buying experience enjoyable. When we decided to buy, we knew why and what we would own and feel that his support will continue during the owner workshops and service visits.
We had a good experience at this dealership. Dealt with a very knowledgeable sales person and did not pressure us during discussions. We traded in two cars for one new and we feel we received fair and reasonable trade in offers on both vehicles. We compared the offers to blue book values.
