Experience was really good the sales person Landon was unlike any other sales person I've ever came across he was very respectful and honest it was his honesty I respected. I got to drive home in a new used car with a low down payment thanks man for keeping it real.
About a month ago, we were approved for financing. We went to the lot and I picked out a minivan I liked. The salesman assumed I could not afford the vehicle. He tried to sell us a cheaper van. Little did he know I had 10k in my purse to put down. I was insulted and so pissed off. We left. We told the manager, she acted indifferent. We were so pissed.
I recently visited DriveTime and worked with Dan. Upon making my appointment and arriving it was a great experience. I had my heart set on one particular vehicle and they went and got it 3 hours away and brought it back. I will definitely be a returning customer. So excited to have my new affordable mom car!
Previously, my review was not great due to a few moderate issues with the car. At first I was denied coverage on certain parts of the car, however DriveTime later contacted me about those issues and helped me out! I really didn't think that would happen. The car selection is good, staff is nice, and I like the basic warranty. I'd rate 4.5 stars only because I wish I could extend the time financed the car a little further, and the test drive only never got up to interstate speeds. Other than that, all has been good
