Always cluttered, and always feels run down. Not modern and energetic as one would expect from a good toy store. I feel like Toys r Us' days are numbered.
Toys R Us is not what it used to be. The problem I had is the selection. With so many aisles you would figure that there would be many different products to choose from. That's not the case. For instance the whole "Marvel" section features very few characters. The bikes are pretty much cruisers. It's like that throughout the store.
Its just not what it use to be. Yes they have more variety than walmart but half or more of stock you can get it at walmart for way cheaper. There always running bogo and even with that price it still comes higher than walmart but if your only buying 1 item your paying top $.. i got a barbie doll for 16.97 at walmart same barbie here was 21.97
We always have a great experience here! The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Bad selection of toys. Dirty floors. Bathroom had no paper towels and no toilet paper.
