Stopped by while visiting family. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and local crew were quite welcoming. The humidor is well stocked and appropriately priced. The facility is nicely appointed as well. A fantastic addition to the Knoxville cigar community.

I always feel welcome at Blue Smoke. They have a wide selection of cigars and the lounge is great whether you want to kick back and watch a game or get some work done. Fast internet, excellent ventilation, comfortably stylish seating and wide screen TV's in the members and non-member's areas. When I'm on the ground this is where I like to be. Many thanks to Mike and the crew for an outstanding place to relax.

They didn't have what I came looking for. They had recently discontinued the line. However, the gentleman I spoke with seem very knowledgeable and helpful without pushing a sale. He even turned me on to his competitor where I ultimately found the goods I wanted...
