Rude, patronizing personel. Slight untruths about return procedures. Which are mostly unavailable.
This store was full of junk. I guess that is why they sell these items on television. Once you see these products in person you realize the lack of quality and value. The people that worked here were pleasant and helpful but the products were so overwhelmingly awful I had to rate this place with lowest possible rating.
Very small store. You would think there'd be more inventory, why with all that's "As seen on TV".But not so much. I found myself circling the periphery if the store hoping "at the next corner there would be better products", sorry, but no. So there are several items, but they mostly consist of the higher priced items available on TV. So there are the copper kitchen items available. Then scooters, pillows, and several toys. The rest is mostly a conglomeration of toys. Be it for children or man.
Every time I have been there. The associated are very helpful. They always asked to see if they could help you find anything. Also you can look around and they never bother you unless you asked them a question. I highly recommend this location. I have also called and asked about certain things in the store. They are very helpful. I love this store
Staff was friendly and helped me find the item I needed. Nice visit.
