I bought a hot tub cover from bobs ocean spa. In 4 months the lining was sagging and the vinyl is bubbling up and falling off. Bob said its the iron in the water. The Problem I have with that is the last 3 covers bought from someone else didnt do it. Bob does not warrenty his cheap products. He told me to report it to the bbb. Well im going to small claims instead. He charged me 385.00 for a cover that 4 months later I need to replace.
