I get massages to help muscle recovery from working out. I have had quite a few massages in the past, usually about once a month and was finding it difficult lately to find a good provider that was reasonably priced, clean, professional and friendly, until I went here today. I am not one to be easily swayed into writing a review, I've actually never written one for anything, but I had such a great experience, this was the best massage I've ever had. She was very meticulous and was able to get all the knots out. I have lived in multiple states and gone to many massage therapy providers and this was by far the best. I actually walked out saying wow! and couldn't wait to go back, I've already made another appointment. Thank you WOW!
After reading some reviews, this seems to be a recurrent issue with this establishment.
While the staff was pleasant it doesn't make up for being overcharged for a massage that was cut short. The massage is $69 for 60 minutes which would be fair if the massage were 60 minutes; however, my massage was right under 50 minutes, meaning the actual price of the service should have been around $58, thus I made a nice $11 donation. Understood that there is preparation time for the next massage, but when I leave the building of what should have been a one hour massage in 55 minutes, I am leaving a building pretty unhappy. The massage needs to be advertised as 50 minutes and not 60 because I should not be paying for cleanup and preparation for the next massage.

I have been going to WOW since they opened and it has always been a great experience! The staff is friendly and efficient. Stephen is the best. He listens to any issues I may have and will focus on those areas, while still giving a great full massage. I love this place!
I had a crick in my neck and it was very painful and annoying. I called everywhere to get in that day and was unsuccessful. I then called Wow I could use a massage and they had an opening. I was very pleased with my massage and she did a wonderful job. I can't remember her name but she was pleasant. Thank you for getting rid of my issue.
