Beautiful Salon and they did an awesome, total makeover.
Ruined my hair after bleaching it on the roots and edges and left leopard spots on my hair. Still had me pay for the worst hair coloring in 21 years I've experienced. Since I had a friend there, she called me and said they could fix it. I told her the owner should call me to hear how devastated my hair was. They temporarily got some of the color out. After I spent an additional $500 to go to two other appts elsewhere my color was fixed but hair was damaged beyond repair. I am still dealing with the damage (hair was long and thick) now it's thin and shorter and breaks off. Owner was "too busy" and made everyone else call me. Never got reimbursed for the worst hair experience of my life. Every single day I have to deal with trying to fix my damaged, thinned out, ruined hair due to a person that ruined my hair.
I actually hate to leave 4 stars but it wouldn't let me do half! I've had amazing experiences here and absolutely love the spa itself. Literally the only complaint I have, which is kind of lame I'll admit, is that the amazing showers in the locker room cannot all run at the same time. I've tried 2 different showers and both times the second anyone else ran water the temperature would drop to ice cold and bounce around all over the place. Even when you turn on multiple faucets within the shower itself they will all drop in temperature. Besides that it is literally the best spa I've ever been to
Pure Luxe is the only actual spa in Knoxville. Where you go into a lockerroom to change into a robe and slippers, and you can visit the sauna or the steam showers. It's a more complete spa experience than other places in town.
Watched my Girlfriend go from Long Black hair to a platinum blonde pixie.
I love visiting Pure Luxe salon. The staff is friendly and the facilities are great. Always super happy with my hair cuts.
