I have called 3 times to try to get a quote the owner keeps telling me he's on his way but he never shows up good luck with this company

Many neighbors commented on how nice the roof looks. I just smile, and say thank you giving accolades to Family Roofing. One and half year after having roof replaced by Louis and his team, we had some wind that caused the skylight to become loose and leak. They came out, checked the roof, and fixed the skylights. Louis said "it's our warranty, we take care of our customers first".
We hired family roofing to re roof our home and had some shingles come off in a storm twice .Louis the owner was great to come out and repair them without charge even though my warrenty doesnt cover storm damage. Thank you family roofing for your great customer service!!
Fast friendly and very affordable. Our roof was shot, leaking and some water damage. These guys had us sealed up and came out a little under the estment. They were troopers up on the roof on some of the coldest days in November to beat the rain that was coming. Great work and super nice folks to deal with.
Family Roofing did an excellent job for me. They installed the new roof on the schedule we agreed to and the workmanship is excellent. They gave me a 30 year 3 dimensional shingle roof for the price others had quoted for 25 year roof. They put in a lot of small touches that really made a difference for me at no additional cost.
