Highly recommended company. After having a new roof installed through burellbuilt we are very pleased with the personable approach and guarantees we were given before they began, and now that the roof is on we're very happy with the quality, price, and amount of time it took for the installation. Corey and Brandon were very easy to deal with and made the process extremely simple for us to handle. I have already mentioned Burell built to other family members and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others as well!
I cannot say anything negative about the service I received from this company and from Nathan Stefanini, the Account Supervisor. The work was done quickly and well and Nathan made all the necessary contacts and I didn't have to do anything. The new roof is very nice and they had to tear off a lot of old stuff. All the waste was completely removed. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Burell Built to anyone.

Works falls apart. They have numerous variations of their name in an effort to hide negative reviews. Pathetic company and will try to remove the truth. Customer service is lacking. Corey keeps a full voice mail. Wonder if done on purpose to avoid complaints. Has friends and family give good reviews. Even his wife gives him reviews
Notice the same response for all negative reviews from owner. Of course he did not work for people who did not give a favorable review
Burell did a top of the line roofing replacement on my home. They were professional and courteous. They were extremely efficient. The job was completed in a matter of days from beginning to end. I have referred them with confidence to co-workers and friends.
This company is very professional. Showed up on time and climbed up on the roof to do a full inspection, most of the other companies would not do that because they have a computer program that does that. Well can a program identify problem areas; I think not. I received a written quote and they quickly complied with my request for insurance information. They are licensed and bonded and will happily and speedily offer documentation. Nathan was terrific and supplied photos of the problem areas. I chose architectural shingles and they removed 2 layers of roof and completed the job in one very long day. I would definitely recommend this company. Oh he also send after photos too, very classy.
