Then they went on to ALTER the ORIGINAL INVOICE dated 1/25/2012 into 1 lump sum of amount owed, minus one lump sum of amount paid. There is ZERO business need to have done that. They should be able to supply a statement of all activity on the account from the time it was quoted to now with all of those things ITEMIZED.
I give them zero stars. These. People are crooks and should be arrested. They will do work and won't finish job. Take your money. Chris is owner and he will bill insurance or you for work not done. He will nickel and dime you three years after job complete because he broke as a busted toilet. Stay clear. He also doesn't pay his employee and thinks everyone is thief because he live like a thief. Report this man if you had problem.
Champion Roofing took care of all our damage following the hailstorm in April,2011. This included repair to the roof, siding, painting, shutters, windows and door. The men I worked with were wonderful and helpful and made it an easy process. I am very pleased with all the repairs and all the extra effort of making this a pleasant experience for us. I would definitely use them again.
Finding a mysterious billing error 2 years after they billed me originally is unacceptable, and will not be paid.
Our family has had a very good experience with this company. We found them to be honest, fair and efficient. My parent's had a fire in their rental house and Champion came in and turned it around very fast. The roof had burned out and they repaired it. The tenants were back in the house very quickly.
The work they did was good. Despite breaking my 15 year old Japanese maple tree that was not in the way of their work, and NOT responding to my emails about it, the actual roofing work was fine.
Champion roofing replaced our roof after the hail storm. the storm was in April. It is now February and the job is not finished. They also sent our insurance company a HUGE supplemental bill charging for things that not only were not done, they were not even damaged! These guys are crooks and should not be allowed to stay in business!!!!!!!!!

Champion replaced our roof from the April 2011 hail storm. They invoiced us in January 2012, we paid them off when work was completed June of 2012. The have now sent me a "revised invoice for billing errors caught in an audit" in JANUARY 2014. TWO YEARS after the original invoice and 19 MONTHS after the account was paid in full and closed out. It was sent along with a generic "Dear Customer" letter, that apologizes if the invoice reflects an unexpected balance and goes on to explain how they NOW determined the final invoice amount by first establishing the final approved replacement cost value, and adding the amounts for repairs, upgrades, and other additional work, and then deducted any discounts that were promised and the amount for any work not perfumed by mutual agreement.
