This building is incredibly clean, professional, and accommodating. I had a large event, and they were able to help me in a short span of time. (They let me use their training and event center.) I would highly recommend this building to any and all people that are starting out and would like to establish their businesses.
This is a perfect place for a growing business that is still too small to have its own office. You can rent office space or a conference room by the hour. ($10/Hr in 2016) It gives a professional image to your company. The furniture is high end, everything looks nice. One of my favorite aspects is that there is a receptionist at the front who will show your clients or interviewees back to your room. It gives your company that extra touch of class.

My Next Suite is not your typical office building. One can really tell that the owners want to stand out and offer Knoxville something unique. The building itself is kept in a manner that you can be proud inviting clients and colleagues to. It provides a warm yet professional atmosphere both from its decor and its staff. The team running the building is extremely personable and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I've been here more than seven years and couldn't be more satisfied.
