The agent, Paul Bass, was responsible for several delays, including telling the sellers they did not need to be at closing. He was non-responsive & rude. It was not until near the end, when it was time to receive his commission, when he suddenly became available.

Additionally, since it was a short sale, Mr. Bass was responsible for submitting our offer to the sellers' mortgage company. Two months later, we discovered that he had submitted the information incorrectly. Obviously, he had neglected to check with the mortgage holder to ensure they had received the paperwork successfully. Two months of waiting, for nothing.
