He was very patient as the renovations took much longer than originally expected. As soon as the house was ready we received an offer within 24 hours of being on the market for 99% of our asking price. I would definitely recommend Blake. He didn't try to have me update every little thing in the house that other realtors said were necessary. He was knowledgeable on the area and competition and gave me an accurate listing price.
