Very Difficult to pay bill. They have bullet proof glass because of the amount of angry customers they receive. How about saving the money on bullet proof glass and using it to update your billing system.

Had service through them for years, average monthly bill was always right around $100, $160 at most during peak summer heat and family visiting. No one was at our place for 3 of the 4 weeks in our last month with them and they have sent us a final bill of just under $300. I have made numerous attempts to try and get someone to figure out why and/our adjust it accordingly so I can pay it but all I get is promises to have someone review or reread the meter and call back and haven't heard anything. Starting to think that they would rather just sell it off to a collection place then fairly assess you a final bill.

Poor customer service. Will not accept military ID as a form of ID. Was told I could email a copy of my lease to them by one person, the next one said it must be printed and brought in in-person. They make establishing an account painful. It is easier to register to vote than to open an account with LCUB. As for payments; to pay online or over the phone incurs a $7.25 fee. What is this the 1970's? To not have an online payment option (that doesn't rob you blind) is a joke. Get with the times, make things convenient for your customers.

Just as many others have reviewed the place. Unwelcoming staff who are very displeasing the moment you walk in the door. Who hires these people and better question who manages them?
