Michael performed my annual Sentricon termite inspection and in all the years I have been having these inspections, he by far is one of the nicest, polite and extremely knowledgeable employee to conduct my service. He explained in detail why some baits had to be changed along with changing some damaged lids. It is employees like him that put my mind at easy and keep my business with Russell's. Keep hiring employees like him.
Mark came to our home to do the free home evaluation(so nice they do that!). Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I actually ended up not having the bug problem like I had thought (Praise the Lord!) & he was very honest & didn't make up a "problem to be fixed". He offered me their services and didn't pressure me at all. I called this company based on the Google reviews and I'm so glad I did. I will be reccomending them to others!! Thank you Mark!

And you live in TN... every GOOD company would mark you needed preventative maintenance. Its not a matter of IF you get termites, it's WHEN. That's part of living here. That's like saying a plumber shouldn't suggest you to drain & refill your water heater periodically due to the dirt & metals that (will & DOES) sink to the bottom.
I was very pleased and surprised that Mark Peck joined Russell's Pest Control. He was my technician from many years ago with my former pest control service and Mark remembered me right off. I use Russell's Pest Control on one of the commercial properties that I manage and thought that I would give them a go with my own personal residence and I am glad that I did! Although I was not available during my first routine service visit, my daughter met with Brian Farnham and he was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I thank him for showing my daughter great customer service. I will definitely recommend using them again on some other properties that I manage. Great job Russell's!

I've bought 5 houses & have always paid $50 for a termite letter. Do you buy things at the store & not look at the prices?? I ask about the cost before I have ANY company come to my house to do work. You shouldn't blame a company for your negligence. Put your big girl panties on & take responsibility for your own actions.
