Beware!! Called them for service for my gas fireplace that was installed in my home several years ago. The woman who answers the business line and schedules service was rude, unprofessional, and has a major attitude problem. She was completely clueless as to what customer service is. Was also prevented from speaking to the business management or her supervisor. Pretty obvious this establishment does not want service business.
Found another business who services gas fireplaces and they came out next day and took care of things perfectly! Flame Pro Tech Services is who you should call if you want friendly, reasonable, professional service!!
