When the microwave FINALLY arrived, two installers came to install the microwave, but immediately claimed they could not install due to cabinet woodwork / trim. After already waiting over 2 months, I refused to wait any longer, and insisted on a refund.
Overpriced appliances, staff was looking at home Depot prices so that they could match price me a better deal. Not exactly the best place to go, unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. On the bright side, their display room looked nice.

The customer service at the store was exceptional. However, waited over two months for a microwave to arrive. During the wait, there was no communication or updates.
I have purchased and maintained appliances in seven states and Pattersons is the gold standard. They help me to identify which model of a needed appliance is the most cost effective choice for my needs. When it comes to service, they are awesome. Calling a local number (vs. an 800 number) and getting a knowledgeable, prompt response is great. Pattersons is a super company!
