Would it be so hard for someone who smokes to wash their hands before cutting hair? Many stylists smoke at this place and their hands smell terrible. Doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

Most definitely the worst place I've ever been. I sat down and showed the lady what I wanted. Which was a one on the sides and a clean up on top. The lady didn't blend it at all. Not one bit. Just clipped the sides and back. Took some scissors to my bangs. Which the right side was about a half inch higher than my left. They just sloped down. And six minutes later. No lie. Six minutes later she said I was good and took the thing off my neck. Didn't get the hair off my neck. Did absolutely nothing. I immediately had to leave and go pay someone else to cut my hair again it was so bad. This place is a disgrace! Will never step inside again!!
