The wait was only about 20 min and I was worked on non stop until my nails were done and toes were painted. Not bounced around. The salon is much bigger than I anticipated and beautifully decorated. Did I mention clean? The workers were very friendly and easy to understand. A+
I'm very disappointed.I had the dip polish,I asked her to file my nails half the length to have nothing left.$35 .wasted!!!... Problem resolved they offered to redo my nails.Had a pedicure while I waited,my choice and that was the best pedicure I ever had.Thank You Mi Mi... FABULOUS JOB!!!!!!!
I have a great experience every time I go! I like to go when I think it will be less crowded, like during the week.I go when I have time, so I can relax and enjoy the experience. They take their time. There is very little chatting going on among themselves as a lot of places. I love the spa music. They offer me something to drink every time. I would not go anywhere else. My favorite nail salon!
Poor service. I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon. There was no receptionist, and when I walked in, the nearest employee glanced at me, said nothing, and then went back to work. I signed in at the desk and took my seat. 20 minutes later, after 3-4 other women have also joined the queue without appointments, an employee walks over to us, asks the other women what they'd like done and escorts them over to get their manicures done. She doesn't acknowledge me or ask what I was there for, even though I was sitting right next to them and had arrived first. I ended up walking out feeling like I'd been slighted. They should learn some customer service skills and how to handle a busy Sunday afternoon with a little more grace. I won't be back.
I shouldn't have paid just left and this is the absolute worst pedicure I've ever received. Had to select a star but they deserve zero I took pics if you are curious on the results...
