I ordered through amazon a chocolate gift basket to be delivered to california. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. Candy Blast refused to ship, after I had paid, claiming that I had to upgrade to two day shipping or else the chocolate would melt. This was all after I had paid and had been waiting for a few days. They contacted the person that the gift was for, claimed they had e-mailed me and left it at that. I had to contact them and ask why it hadn't been delivered on day 4, day five they got back to me. By then it was too late, the birthday I had ordered the basket for was over and done. Very upset and disappointed, not to mention irritated and disgruntled with the lack in cooperation from the company to execute an order and in their lack of trying to contact me to fix the problem.
Everything that could go wrong, did. Definetly DO NOT recommend.
If you cancel an order, good luck trying to get your money back.

I ordered an All Smiles Candy Bouquet for my daughter for a get well gift. I called and requested specific candies and Holly was so helpful! My daughter loved the bouquet and really enjoyed the candy. Thank you for your great customer service. I'll definitely use you guys again.
They forgot the name which was supposed to be for and my boyfriend had to get out of his office for 5 times searching all the company for the gift.

I loved the service! I ordered one for my mom since my dad bought one for my sister, it was amazing! very helpful on the phone, and loved the decorative accessories, Recommend the big ones! They are great and especially good for people with a sweet tooth!
Also they told it was going to be a price and they charged more than they said in the credit card. I have to say I had a lot of contact with the people working there since I called more than 4 times.
I ordered a "make your own bouquet" for valentines for my boyfriend. Not only it did not arrived that day (which was the whole point) I specifically asked for several candy, I talked to the person in charge and they told me it was going to be possible to include that candy. The bouquet arrived late, with a whole different candy which my boyfriend didnt like and they didnt even bother with the right theme for the bouquet which I specifically asked.
