I love this place. The staff is always smiling, the service is excellent and they are very knowledgeable. The inside is clean and vibrant. I always leave in a better mood!
I gave my friend a gift certificate and she had an appointment with Amber. She was amazing! My friend enjoyed being pampered - sipping on her favorite wine and indulging in gourmet chocolates. She felt incredible after her massage, mani and pedi. Getting in for an appointment was easy and the owner was very accommodating.
My first ever lash extensions ever were done out of town. So I brought a card w me to my first appt at vivify so they'd know what the other girl used and how she applied them, etc. The shop owner BARELY GLANCED at the card, and as I discovered a couple months later (after noticing a HUGE change in my lashes as they shed, and after showing the card to a different girl at vivify who actually READ the card) that the owner did not do my lashes ANYTHING like what was written on the card. EVERYTHING was TOTALLY DIFFERENT. So I am no longer giving my business to someone who doesn't listen to what I, the consumer, want- and instead, does what she wants. This shop owner should be the prime example in representing the customers' desired results. I do not recommend this salon for this reason. Also, I found another professional who listened, read the card and delivered for 20$ cheaper! :)

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Marlette?? She seemed very annoyed I wanted to schedule over the phone. I explained I tried the website first, there was no option to select a date or see open dates on the service I chose. She just kept repeating that I should schedule online. Finally, after her just repeating herself instead of listening to what I was saying, she told me they must be full until Christmas. I tried to explain that I would consider scheduling after, but she just kept talking over me about how I should schedule online and how they were booked. She was very rude and even if they had an opening I wouldn’t have gone after that phone conversation and lack of customer service. It’s sad because they may even have good people working there that won’t see some clients because of the poor customer service.
