I couldn't feel happier with the choice I made with this location! I have to agree with other when they say you are cared for the moment you walk in the door we aren't lying. Thank you to all the staff at his location for making my visit feel like the most important one.I ended up becoming a member I am so excited to be apart of the family!! Also booked a couples massage can't wait.

I feel my tension releasing the moment I walk in, with such friendly staff too. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, from a warm neck wrap to Tropical water. This establishment is top notch! I can't remember what they call the back waiting room but it's cozy and dimly lit. It is a great way to transition from the hustle of life to complete relaxation. I've been pleased with each and every visit and each and every therapist. I recommend that you tell the staff exactly what you are looking for in your massage and they will match you up perfectly! I can not wait for my next appointment❤️❤️❤️
This massage envy has wonderful customer service - super relaxing environment, convenient electronic record keeping, refreshing tropical water and a very serene, relaxing waiting area. My massage therapist Andrew was kind and professional and checked in to make sure I was comfortable often. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The assistant manager Kayla was very friendly and did a great job explaining pricing and packages without being sales-y, because I could tell she really cares about the business’s clients and their well being. I will definitely be back.
The service is wonderful. Justin and Genesis are my fave massage therapists! The front desk people are always great too. Their waiting room has heated neck rolls, flavored water, dim lights, and soothing music. This is way cheaper than a psychiatrist.
My hubby and I've been going to Northshore massage envy for just over a year. We've been seeing Lindsey for medium pressure massage and Samantha for deep tissue massage in couple's massage sessions. We love it. The place has very calm and serene setting. Love their hot neck wrap while you are waiting. Various Spa water is a bonus. Staff is nice, especially Kayla, she's so awesome and takes care of every admin need we have. Our massage therapists are fabulous. We feel so relaxed and rejuvenated every time!
