Love this place! A great friend referred me here to Natalie, and I couldn't be more grateful. Natalie is awesome, she does a fantastic job on my hair. I have been very pleased with the color and cut each time. She is always on schedule, which is great. I can't recommend her or this salon highly enough.
I hate to leave this review. I had a choppy, uneven haircut earlier today at another salon and needed to have it fixed. I looked for the best rated salon I could find that could fit me in same day. I called and stressed I needed to see someone who had lots of experience cutting long hair and was told all of the stylists would be capable. My stylist and everyone I encountered were incredibly nice, which I appreciate, but my hair is now inches shorter than when I walked in. We discussed half an inch needing to come off to even up my bad cut. Once it was even it was still choppy and “square” so more layers were cut after another stylist was consulted. Unfortunately a part of the layering in the back is deeper than anywhere else and creates a kind of gap and the longest parts of my hair now look thin. I wish my stylist (who was very kind and caring) would have just told me she didn’t feel comfortable and I would have gladly waited for someone else to fix it if possible. I’ve been pretty upset all night...I spent years growing my hair out and for it to just be gone for no reason is sad.
recently went for my first appt and everyone was very attentive and helpful. i needed a serious repair cut from the hack job done by another place that should not even call themselves a hair salon...i had a lovely experience and look forward to going back to see how much better the second cut will look...thank you so much kind ladies
If you are looking for a stylist, I highly recommend Natalie! She is amazing! She takes time to listen and gives great suggestions on the best cut and color for me! I found her about a year ago and always receive compliments on the cuts she gives me! Super easy to fix and always looks great as it is growing out! ...and she gives great product suggestions for my hair but never makes me feel pressured to buy. She's the bomb!!!
They're excellent (but expensive.) I first went to have an absolute disaster by another salon fixed. They did a great job, were so compassionate and attentive. They know how to handle my (3b) curly hair, and dry even cut it dry like they're supposed to! No one does that. I wish they were more affordable so I could go more often, but I guess you get what you pay for. Fresh cut in the photo. Ignore my face.
