Friendly, helpful staff make this a great Panera. They have a wonderful selection of bagels, pastries, or sandwiches to start your day off coupled with delicious coffee, smoothies, or juice. There really is something for everyone.
This Panera Bread also does not have a meeting room like another Panera Bread in town at Mercedes Place does. However, the dining room is usually adequate in size and the staff is usually very friendly.
My favorite meal is the pick 2 with soup and the ham and swiss cheese sandwich. It is never fail to be anything but hot and flavorful. The staff is usually very nice. I also like the rewards program.
This is the best location in Knoxville. Always clean, always excellent food and always consistent. Susan is always behind the register greeting me with a smile and the whole team treats you like family.
This restaurant is your typical slightly older style Panera. They do have an ordering kiosk now, but they don't deliver your food to your table. Instead they will give you a pager and you just wait for it to be done. When I have been there the restaurant has typically been very cold. I almost always have to have a jacket even in July.
Food was not warm. Had to wait longer than expected for the food then it was just barely warm. First time I have been let down at a Panera.
Food and service was good. But tables were dirty, ans floors needed vacuumed, and shampooed!
