We bought 4 cupcakes and ask if we still got time to sit for eat in place, was 7:54 and she said that she was closing. Walking thru the door the door sign clearly said 9:00 pm. Feel like racism, she may was scare.
I am very disappointed and thankful that I did not chock.
They're supposed to be open until 6pm, but it's only 5:25 and they are already closed. Don't come here.
So much potential. The flavor combos are promising. The presentation pretty. But the cake is always stale, dried out. Why oh why is that?!? Read the reviews and fix it and I'll be a regular customer.
I ordered a dozen cupcakes for a birthday party that cost $43. They looked amazing but as soon as we got home and actually tried to eat them we found out that the cake was hard and not good at all. Very disappointed after paying that for cupcakes.
Went to Gigi's on Sunday, 9/10 and ordered a six pack which included one salted carmel cupcake. While eating the cupcake I felt something in my mouth and when I pulled it out, I discovered it was a piece of plastic wrap. I called the store and reported and was told the manager would contact me, but I haven't received a call.
