Always helpful and courteous to me every time I go by, and they sell slices of cookie cake
I went this morning to Great American Cookie to get my free cookie cake I recieved on my app.Excited!! Left feeling sad because Im a mall employee I couldnt use it.So I can give u money on a regular buisness day full price but not with a coupon.Thats crazy!!! Disappointing!!!
I went up to the counter, and I stood their for a couple of minutes while the employee, finished her text message. Then she rudely asked can I help you. I guess I interrupted her conversation. While I was deciding what cookies to buy, she kept rushing me and my son to make a decision. After we ordered our 4 cookie slices and 6 cookies, she bagged/boxed them up and gave me my total. While I was getting my card to pay, she was back texting again! I should have left due to the poor customer service, but I was rewarding my kids with the cookies and slices.
I just would like to say that someone needs to be appropriate at work. it is a shame to see that the employees are using profanity you can here while walking by. I would suggest that those words be said when you are at home and not in public. I have children and they could here the words that were said while walking by. I think management needs to be replaced with someone of a higher caliber of morals. Hopefully the correct people see this and correct the issue. If it was my employee I would terminate immediately. If you don't like your job find a new one. Guess we will take our business to turkey creek.Oh and I believe the words spoken where ," if they are going to send me the f$&k home they can send her f$&:king a$$ home early too."
We ordered a full cookie slice and they rudely refused to cut the cookie in half for my friend and I to conveniently share:(
