Great facility super management
Awful business with poor management and broken security system.
When I was originally looking for a unit I went to this one was sold a line of lies. I was talked up on keeping my equipment here and later after I had bought the unit the truth unfolded. I had been told that the gate was secure and they rarely had anyone trespassing.
First off the gate is almost always broken. There is only 1 camera.. The security of these units are not good at all. The management is very unprofessional and will forget payments! (good thing I keep documentation). This caused me to be locked away from my unit and was unable to access any of my equipment. There are no numbers to reach management unless it's during the day (in which the manager comes and goes closing the office multiple times a day).
This is a bad place! If you care about the safety of your items taken them elsewhere.
Not true! Especially given that the gate is wide open almost 80% of the time leaving thousands of dollars of equipment only a padlock away from thieves.
Clean. Well managed. Secure.
Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Gated to vehicles. Can walk in for appointments. Easy paperwork and then we were walked to our unit. You can even have packages delivered here and there is an available restroom during office hours. I would recommend this place for sure.
The owner will NEVER talk to his customers (exactly what the manager told me) and does not care if the gate is broken or customers have complaints.
The worst thing about this place is the lack of professionalism and willingness to work with customers. Especially given the fact that mistakes were made when filing billing information!
There is a reason most of these units are empty!
Good storage place to use there security gate is deffently top of the line. When they say you can't get in out during curtain times they really Moran it LOL.
