Office staff was friendly and knowledgeable with hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays 8 to 12 noon. Rent is due on the first of the month and is late on the 5th at 5 p.m. . There are late fees!

The site is secure with cameras, fencing, and an automated gate which you must enter a code to gain access to the storage units. The storage area is designed nicely with plenty of space for a 26 foot moving truck to unload and get out unscaved.
Great storage at a very fair price. Located in a convenient, safe area. We had a storage unit for 3 years. When we didn't need it anymore, cancellation was extremely easy, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful to complete the cancellation. If we ever need storage again, we will definitely return.
Available to rent are storage units of multiple sizes and they also have indoor climate controlled units as well. The unit I rented was clean and had no apparent water damage. Monthly rental prices are competitive and they do run specials so you can get a deal! I did.☺
Rented here since 1999 when they opened same lady still there . Friendly pets to greet you at the door. They go above & beyond my mom & sister rent here also. Price has increased 3 times in 18 years . My wife will not give up her storage ..We love the prices & customer service. Online bill pay is great I would refer this place to any one that needs storage. Just do not go between 2 pm & 3:30 pm Bearden high school traffic is the only complaint i have
staff. Secure & police patrols daily.
The only drawback I have found is that the storage area is not accessible at night. Storage area is open from 7 a.m. to dark year round??
