Lived here for almost five years, never had any issues that wasn't solvable. Missy always did her best to help us out and was a great help in selling our home in order to upgrade to something bigger for my family. Keep up the good work Missy!
Lived here for over 10 years with my husband who passed away in 2014.Has its problems and always room for improvement.You may be asking yourself why 5 Star,well i have to say its because of Missy(manager)Richard (maintenence),they may not be perfect but they have been complete angels to me. They have heart and truly try their best to help and work with you on any situation. Oakridge Estates can be a good home for anyone, its very diverse and full of Gods love.
Jarrod Blintz is correct, they continue to raise rent now to 276.00 Im predicting well over 350.00 next year (house payment) from 244.00 just one year ago. The owner is a fraud and nothing but a thief! Melissa the Manager does a great job the prob is the owner. Check the accuracy of this post and get facts before moving to ORE this place is a SCAM!!!
If I could give less than one star, I would! I loved here for about a year and a half. I have never lived anywhere that raises the rent 3 times in the middle of a lease, but rest assured, they did and will continue. Also went through 3 managers in that time.
Really has come far. Missy the manager and Richard the maintenance man have done so much. The community looks clean a respectful now. And they go above and beyond to keep everyone taken care of and the area looking nice.
