I just want to leave a compliment here for the staff :) they have been professional and kind from the first time we came here to live. We have had quick resolutions to our minor issues. The maintenance staff have been great! The entire staff are caring individuals :) thank you!

We have lived here for 4 months and have yet to have our back door replaced because the bottom of it is rotten. And then you can pay an extra $20 a month to have your tiny yard mowed, but if you don't rake your leaves in 3 days they are gonna make make you pay an extra $25 dollars. Oh and if you park your tire of your car just a half inch on the grass they write you a ticket and if you do that 3 times, they will have your car towed. So we definitely outta here ASAP!
Being from the country, this park suits me fine. The tennants are overall good folks.. hard working people that make there way daily in the rat race. As in any neighborhood, there are low-lifes, but the new management along with additions to maintenance personnel and better security, improvements are taking place. Also with any other park, if you follow the rules life is good. The roads could use some attention.. It is an older park, but affordable for the location...
