Small, out of the way post office. No lines, helpful staff. Rarely are there any lines and if there are lines, the postal lady moves them through very quickly. This site also has post office box rentals that are accessible after hours. Full service.
Hispanic lady who is always working there gives horrible customer service! She looks at you like you're crazy if you even ask a simple question. Her general attitude is that you are bothering her and she tries to make your experience as unpleasant as possible, just like the other reviewer mentioned.
Didn't realize they closed the whole post office down for an hour at lunch. Pulled up at 10:55, unloaded my kids and package from the car, and had the window basically closed in my face as I walked towards the door. I walked in and tried to see if they would just accept my prepaid package to scan and no one would answer me. Terrible service.
Apparently there are two people who work here. By all accounts, one is a wonderful and helpful woman. Sadly I've never met her. Every time my wife or I go in we see the same person. She clearly doesn't like being there and likes helping us even less.
Had to send a package but I needed it with no return address because the person I was sending to was not allowed to know what my address was the woman very rudely told me to leave and go to Cedar Bluff location if I could not put a return address on there thankfully I did and they had absolutely no problem sending my package what idiots!!!
