I would not use this company for a trade service. I currently own a concrete refurbishing company and was told that I could signup and that I could cancel after 6 months so that I could give it a shot come to find out that was not submitted and not they are wanting to bill me for $1000. They are also turning me over to a collection company to try and get the money I have talked to the sales rep and she is now acting like there is nothing she can do. I also talked to the manager and she is also saying there is nothing that she can do. I am very disappointed because we are a small family business and I stressed to them that I did not want to be stuck in a long contract if it did not work. They said that it would not be a problem they understood completely and now I am not able to get this let go. I do not recommend them.
