Every time, on every visit, each person working there, regardless of what they are engaged in doing, will always greet you by name and inquire as to your general well-being. In all the time that I have been going to Results Physiotherapy, I have never experienced any situation where everyone working there did not smile at the patients at least once.
It is a great place to be treated there and if I were in the physical therapy field, I would most certainly try to be employed there.
I have been a patient here for more than four years (prescribed by two doctors) and I have NEVER had a bad session. Period. From the receptionists at the front door, the technicians who help you with the routines dictated by the therapist, to the therapists themselves will do everything within their power to ensure that whatever routines that you are assigned are not in any way discomforting you. If mention that a routine is causing you any pain, someone will observe what you are doing, and make any adjustments needed. If you still are having pain, they will slow down the tempo and suggest that you do not put as much emphasis on your motions. If you still experience pain while following their adjustments, they will have you stop that routine and move on to the next routine.
