I work at the hoilday inn Knoxville and send guest there from around the country and everyone always loves it. Very peaceful in the morning. I run there often.
It's nothing too fancy or clean, but the air is fresh and it's not too popular so its great for getting out and getting some fresh air. While it isn't in the best area in Knoxville, safety isn't anything to worry about here. There is one place where you have to cross a somewhat busy road, but drivers are usually pretty nice in letting you cross. Overall its a pretty nice little greenway

The greenway is under the trees next to ten mile creek. It makes it a great place for a run or to walk your dog.
