Incredible customer service and treatment of our pets. We consistently board here and have our pets at the daycare and are always so relieved and happy knowing our family members are in their caring hands.

We've been attending the fun with manners class led by Reagan. She calls every dog by name and gives personal attention to each family throughout the class. She is a joy to learn from & makes the class fun!
I cannot say enough good things about PetSafe. We adopted a puppy in November, 2016, and after the holidays, enrolled her in the puppy classes. The trainers and facility was wonderful! There are only 2 trainers, so they get to know you and your dog, and your goals for training. Even in chaotic puppy classes, it was always a very personal experience. We had such a good time that we bought a day camp package too. For the last year, all of our dog needs - day care, training, boarding have been at PetSafe. We enrolled in additional training classes because we loved spending time with the dogs and staff, and it was clear that our dog loved it too. The customer service is phenomenal, and they really get to know your dog. Take a class. You'll be hooked and in it for the long haul.
We have boarded our dog here and absolutely love the service and care they give her! One of the first times we boarded her, we actually got a picture from the staff on a weekend, letting us know that she was having a great time! That really made us feel at ease. Day camp is a great way to free up some of our time, but also give her time to play with other dogs. Absolute love and would highly recommend!
