My food is always amazing as long as I order it at work. They get frequent business from my company, so I believe they make sure our food is good. I avoid ordering this at home because it is never as good when I get it delivered there. This could also be due the management on days vs nights.
I used to be a big fan, but every time I go it gets worse & worse. This time I had a huge box of stale, almost crunchy rice with 5 bites of steak & 4 pieces of zucchini, no mushrooms even though I paid for extra mushrooms.
I've waited 45 minutes for my food, i only live 1 mile from the store. I guess i could've gotten up to go get it. I called the store and he said they are on their way with it. Like, 45 minutes+ now. Ugh.
Overall hibachi factory is a decent eatery. The food is decent and the service is decent. Make sure you check your food before you leave. They will not refund you once you leave.

I called in a carry out order. It was a $32 meal. My friend and I got home and there was a stick as long as my pinky in the food?!? I called to see if they would refund my money and they told me to come the next day, & wouldn't answer the phone for the rest of the night. I have been a customer here for years. NOT HAPPY
