Never answer their phones. They really don't care about helping veterans, they are just collecting a paycheck. Of course this may be because they are run by the VA hospital in Johnson City which doesn't care either. I would suggest finding a way to get into the Alvin C. York VA hospital in Murfreesboro.
I've always felt like they care. The service has been great. The people are very nice helpful and caring A+ care.....
Had to go to this facility as an out of state walkin. Staff and doctor was a pleasure to interact with. Based on my experence with my visit I think the regular Veterans who use this facility are lucky to have it avaliable and staffed as it is.
In the three years has been good,no wait time,evert one is nice. Just the drs seem not to care,no pain meds. even if you are in pain.
They give prompt, courteous service. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a very nice facility. Airborne!
