During my first session, Daniel developed an aggressive program with a goal of achieving full range of motion and discharge in 8 weeks. At the first visit, I was introduced to Michaela Kent, a physical therapy student assigned to Daniel for an 8-week summer internship. Under Daniel’s’ watchful eye, Michaela was assigned as my primary therapist. She did an absolutely outstanding job and her efforts were largely responsible for my successful therapy program. I was off the walker three days after surgery and off the walking stick two weeks after surgery. I was able to return to daily gym workouts at week three. As a result of Michaela’s excellent guidance, I achieved full range of motion at week four. Michaela worked hard to develop challenging exercises/drills both indoors and outdoors which enabled my return to whitewater kayaking at week seven.
Daniel and Michaela are true professionals who set the bar high for other physical therapists. Their knowledge, care, skill, and energy levels are unsurpassed. Should I ever require PT in the future I will seek out Daniel and Michaela. Thank you for all your efforts.
Very nice clinic. The Physical therapist is smart and caring. Also convenient location for work. The office assistant is helpful and welcoming as well. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who needs physical therapy.

I had a total knee replacement on 4 May 2017 and began eight weeks (24 sessions) of physical therapy on 8 May 2017. Prior to my surgery, I visited several local physical therapy facilities for the express purpose of finding a facility offering an aggressive rehabilitation program. I had previously been disappointed with the conservative programs offered by other physical therapy facilities. I selected the Benchmark facility at 10665 Hardin Valley Road, after meeting with Daniel Justice. I liked his professional, friendly personality and his assurance that my program would be structured to meet my needs.
