Most previous interactions at this clinic have been reasonably professional, but nothing stellar. My most recent interaction, however, has been downright reprehensible! My young daughter (21 yrs of age) tried to get a copy of a sick note/ work excuse for a previous visit that she has misplaced.
We were very pleased with the care Dr Gary Lethco and the RN on duty gave my wife on May 17. 2017. Thank you.
She was then called by my wife, and she was also incredibly rude again. I listened as my wife explained she was being very rude to someone who works for the same hospital system. This woman doesn't seem to give one thought about how she treats even those who can easily contact her superiors. She should either be reprimanded and fired or just fired. UT does not need the public believing this woman represents them.
The person on the phone, possibly the receptionist, was incredibly rude to her and said there was no work excuse note.
I went to the clinic late last year, having shoulder and ear pain. The doctor was very dismissive and said it was allergies. He wrote a prescription, and sent us on our way. We paid the co-pay at the time, and thought nothing of it, as there were no tests performed while we were there.
Never had a problem. Everyone has been professional. I have taken my kids there both received very good care.
Went in for a sinus infection. They got me in quickly. Saw a doctor and got a prescription. Out in 30 minutes. Very satisfactory.
The reason for my rating is partially because the doctor had no bedside manner, and partially because they didn't send my visit to insurance for 4 months. When I mentioned it to their billing department, I was told they were likely waiting for something to come back. However, there were no tests or issues of any kind that should have caused that type of delay. I do not recommend going to this clinic if you have any other choices available to you.
