I purchased my pool kit from Pool Warehouse with reservations as it was an online marketplace and I didn't know what to expect.
I would like to report we have beautiful pool installed with a sense of pride of doing it myself.....wouldn't have done it any other way.
I am pleased to say that from start to finish my experience was excellent. The kit ordered arrived as promised,on time, intact and complete.
Ordered a pool table that converts into a dining table. They shipped it quickly and were quick to respond to any questions via phone or email. Christina was my service contact and was very helpful. While putting together my table I noticed a piece that was damaged, when I reported to Christina she immediately responded and was able to get me a new part shipped within days. Great customer service, will do business again with them when I can :)!
When the wife and I decided to put my talents to the test and install our own in ground swimming pool, I did a lot of research with multiple companies before selecting Pool Warehouse. This is a major purchase and an even bigger project to take on for yourself....I would like everyone to know that was the best decision we ever made. The sales staff was very helpful in making the selection, they answered all my questions and made me comfortable in our purchase.
I bought an in-ground pool kit from Pool Warehouse. The people are great to work with. I discovered early on in the process that the anchors for the pool ladder and an actuator valve was missing from the shipment. The people at Pool Warehouse shipped them out immediately with no issues or hassle. They take care of their customers and their prices are among the best. Later in the process of building the pool I discovered that Hydra had made the liner about 6 inches too short and would not stretch into place no matter what we tried. I talked to their installer, Jeff, who was very helpful and walked me through everything. I then called and got Christina S. in customer service. She understood the issue and took care of it right away. A new liner was made and shipped within days. Everything now fits as expected. Christina was super nice and understanding and took care of me. Don't buy from anyone else - Pool Warehouse is the best and they will take care of you.
After one full season, I just ordered/purchased my safety winter cover and have no reason to expect anything other than a quality result and product.
I could never have afforded an in ground pool from the local dealers and so Pool Warehouse's affordable prices made my dream of having a pool of my own a reality! The pool is a great quality and I've received so many compliments on the free form lagoon design.

I checked several companies for a quote on a new liner, none responded as quickly as Christina and with the proper questions. She even suggested a few parts we might need, turns out they sent more parts than we expected and it made the install look that much better. Their instructions on installation were very clear. I thought we were just getting gaskets for all the returns, skimmer and drain, we got gaskets, returns, skimmer faceplate and drain base and grille. Oh yeah, and they included these plastic tapered sticks for holding the liner in the groove as we installed it. Top notch parts, service and shipping. I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately in today's world many companies want to sell you the product and then are difficult to work with after that. Pool Warehouse in opinion stands behind their product, care about their customers and very helpful with any needs.
After the install was complete, we had an issue with the sand filter 6 way valve. I contacted customer service, specifically worked with Christina Stiles. Christina was very attentive to my situation and promptly (on a Saturday) took my information and by first of the week had a replacement being shipped out.
