I was pregnant, woke up early morning with contractions and started bleeding. Got in the car immediately, headed that way Called the doctor on way to tell them I was coming in. Dr. Jamie Perry was the doctor on call, had to wait to be seen once I got there, the staff let me know she wasn't there yet. Upon, finally seeing her I let her know I had severe back pain, hurting, contractions and bleeding. She did no exam, and told me sometimes that happens and I was ok. After being assured by Dr. Perry sometimes that happens and she had no reason to limit my daily activity I left. The following day I went into premature labor, and gave birth to our son, who did not make it. Due to Dr. Jamie Perrys neglect, and not taking time to examine me cost us our sons life. She was careless and in a hurry, she was not proactive at all given the circumstance, it was clear I was in labor. I want to save anyone the pain I have experienced by seeing her.
Very caring and professional staff! Hands down most compassionate doctor's office I have ever been too!
I've been going to WCG for several years and can't speak highly enough of them! I regularly go to the UT and the Dutchtown offices. The facilities, physicians, nurses and staff are all excellent!
New to Knoxville and grateful to have found a practice with excellent doctors, nurses and staff. I recently had a medical emergency and was taken care of as much as any woman would hope for in a situation like that. I never waited more than ten minutes in the waiting room (have waited upwards of an hour at another practice). Everyone here is professional and compassionate. Definitely five stars.
