I got a certificate for the free exam and hydro therapy massage OR adjustment. They did my X-rays and it certainly explained a lot about the fact that my leg would give out when I went to stand up. I work 10 hour shifts on my feet all day and would go home, relax, and then nearly fell on my face when I tried to get out of bed. Turns out my back is not straight and it was pinching nerves in my lower back. Since that very first adjustment, I haven't felt my leg give out at all. I feel a little better in my lower back every time I get adjusted and the staff is fantastic. And to the person who said that it's disturbing that they flirt with each other in front of clients, you would be utterly disgusted at some of the stuff we say at my place of work to each other. It's fun to have a light atmosphere and it helps to reduce stress if you can joke around with your coworkers. I would be miserable at work if my co-workers didn't talk, banter, and occasionally discuss very strange or weird topics. Plus I think it's entertaining to listen to their conversations. We had one with all the PT people about mayonnaise the other day.
Both chiroptactic and physical therapy staff show excellent work ethic to ensure that everyone progresses exponentially. Not only do they live up to their natural expectations, they also include many physical medical aspects such as immune response, peripheral neuromuscular facilitation, allergy testing, and many more.
I have reoccurring lower back pain. It's the worst! I have been to multiple Chiropractors in the Atlanta and Knoxville area...and my visit today with Brown Chiropractic is by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a Chiropractor. Everyone was very friendly and with a promotional offer I found, I got a free adjustment and hydro-massage (which was AWESOME!) Dr. Driskoll did my adjustment and he was great. He really pin-pointed where my pain was and I left feeling like a new man. Not to mention...this was by far the most professional and informative Chiro visit I've ever had. I left with some great techniques and ideas to suppress future pain! Thanks Brown Chiro! I will certainly come back!!
Came in for a free adjustment over 3 years ago. Very friendly and caring staff. However, I am no longer living in that area. It has been 3 years and each time I had informed them that I'm living out of state.. and was called sometimes 4x a week. Last week, I had practically begged the lady that I am not longer in Knoxville and she promised to take my contact off. Hence, I received a call again today. This is my first review ever and I'm more than happy to share positive reviews.. but this is ridiculous:( calling someone sometimes 3x more or less a week is ridiculous.
The staff are all so friendly and they truly care about your overall well being! I started going about 6 weeks ago for severe lower back pain. There were times when it was so severe that I was unable to walk. When I could, there was pain in each step. The PT staff modified therapy and contacted the PA when I needed additional care.
After 14 visits, this is the first time in 3 years that I'm able to walk without pain. It's worth the 1 1/2 hours that I go 3 times a week. I've never been to a more caring practice.
The first visit was for a free adjustment or water massage, exams, and xrays. They were able to identify the cause for my lower back pain and offer a treatment plan that actually worked for me. They've added additional hours to work better with their patients schedules. I highly recommend this practice if you are serious about taking charge of your overall wellness!
