Could not ask for a better orthopedic surgeon. Dr Cates is excellent, lesson to his patients. Just had second knee replacement. Having some problems after surgery but not related directly to the surgery, he has shown much concern and stayed on top of any problems and concerns that I've had. Verry compassionate and cares for his patients. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of Orthopedic Surgeon especially Knee Replacement.

Dr. Harold Cates did total right hip on me 5 years ago due to complications of psoriatic arthritis. He came highly recommended by Barbara Blevins, TeammHealth COO, who had worked with him on the ortho unit & had experience watching other doctors outcomes. Keep in mind I was on 52 at the time and scared to death. After multiple back fusions due to this wicked disease of proriaric arthritis, Dr Cates has examined me so I am scheduling to have total hip on the left. As per patient safety first, he has asked me to get a pulmonary consult due to my previous respiratory arrests caused by multiple complications from other issues and not surgery. . I am only 57 and hope God has more for me to accomplish. Any prayers would be appreciated. I TOTALLY trust both Barbara and Dr Cates. Thank you and if any of you Ned this and are frightened about this procedure, I would be happy to talk to you. You can message me on FB and give me your phone number. My right leg has ZERO pain..... certainly not like the left & I breakdown more often because it will not stop hurting! This the reason for the right side replacement.

Have not had to wait long after I get there. They answer all my questions and concerns. They take time to explain everything in words I can understand.
