Made appointment for my 17 year old. Asked for a doctor who worked on the 15 year old daughter of a friend. Was told by appointment desk that doctor didn’t work with pediatric patients. Told them my son is almost 6 feet tall and is not a pediatric patient. Was given an appointment with an “appropriate” doctor. Went to appointment, got x rays before doctor even laid eyes on my son, doctor walked in and said he couldn’t treat my son because he isn’t a pediatric patient. Appointment rescheduled with “ right” doctor. Office charged me $365 because my insurance did not cover him. Tried to talk to office, they didn’t care. Got a health advocate to speak with them, got 25% off. Thanks for nothing ortho Tennessee!
